Babalu v. Lawler is the main event on Strikeforce’s June 16, 2010 show. The event takes place downtown Los Angeles at the Nokia Theatre. They are expecting tickets any day at GB Cerritos and you can buy tickets directly from us. Hope we can count on you for your support to watch Babalu’s arm raised in victory.
| KYRA GRACIE SEMINAROn June 9th GB Cerritos will be hosting a seminar from the 3 x World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Champion Kyra Gracie. It will be from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm. The cost will be 60 dollars for Gracie Barra Team Members and 75 dollars for the general public. That will be the early bird registration price until June 1st. After that the cost will rise to 75 dollars and 90 dollars respectively. To reserve your spot please email graciebarra.cerritos@gmail.com. Under the subject please type in seminar. Renato (Babalu) Sobral Seminar
It was an honor to have Renato Sobral visit our school yesterday and share some techniques with us. We worked on several D’arce chokes and half guard pass strategies. It was great to have Babalu work with our team and talk with us about jiu-jitsu, our school, and the Gracie Barra traditions. We are very grateful that Professor Sobral was able to take some of his precious time to make an extraordinary day for us.
